1.1 Einleitung

In dieser Gebrauchsanweisung finden Sie Informatio-

nen und Hinweise darüber, wie Sie den Dusch- und

Toilettenrollstuhl sicher und sachgerecht benutzen.

Der Text dieser Gebrauchsanweisung enthält Hinwei-

se auf Bildnummern und Positionsnummern in den Bil-

dern. Diese Angaben sind in Klammern gesetzt.

Beispiel: (3, Bild 1) bedeutet Bild 1, Position 3.

Bewahren Sie alle Unterlagen sorgfältig auf.

1.2 Verwendung

Der Dusch- und Toilettenrollstuhl ist ausschließlich als

Hilfe beim Duschen oder Baden, beim Toilettengang

oder beim Transfer im Innenbereich bestimmt.

Jede weitere Verwendung ist nicht erlaubt.

Den Dusch- und Toilettenrollstuhl dürfen Sie nicht im

Außenbereich oder als Aufstiegshilfe benutzen.

Als Toilettenrollstuhl können Sie den Dusch- und Toi-

lettenrollstuhl über einer Standardtoilette oder eigen-

ständig mit Toilettentopf (Option) verwenden.

Als Badestuhl in einem Pool dürfen Sie den Dusch-

und Toilettenrollstuhl nur einsetzen, wenn der Pool

kein Salzwasser enthält und ständig eine Aufsichtsper-

son anwesend ist.

1.3 Garantie

AQUATEC gewährt auf das Produkt eine Garantie von

2 Jahren.

Das Auslieferungsdatum auf dem AQUATEC-Liefer-

schein gilt als Garantiebeginn.

1.4 Wiederverwendung/Aufbereitung

Das Produkt ist für den Wiedereinsatz bestimmt. Die

Anzahl der maximalen Wiedereinsätze ist abhängig

vom jeweiligen Produktzustand.

Bei der Aufbereitung sind die AQUATEC-Aufberei-

tungs- und Hygienerichtlinien zu beachten. Diese wer-

den auf Anfrage von AQUATEC zur Verfügung ge-

stellt.

1.5 Entsorgung

Nach der Produktlebenszeit führen Sie die einzelnen

Teile entsprechend der Materialkennung Ihrer örtlichen

Entsorgung zu.

Die richtige und vollständige Entsorgung kann vom

Hersteller übernommen werden.

Arretieren Sie in der Parkposition die Fest-

stellbremsen.

Setzen Sie den Dusch- und Toilettenrollstuhl

nur auf ebenen Flächen und nur im Innenbe-

reich ein.

Wenden Sie sich bei Funktionsstörungen bit-

te sofort an Ihren Fachhändler.

Nehmen Sie keine eigenmächtigen Verände-

rungen oder Umbauten vor.

Beachten Sie die Angaben auf dem Typ-

schild. Überlasten Sie den Dusch- und Toilet-

tenrollstuhl nicht.

2 Sicherheitshinweise

An dieser Stelle finden Sie eine Darstellung, die di

Art der Gefahr veranschaulicht.

3 Beschreibung

Zum Transport können Sie den Dusch- und Toiletten-

rollstuhl leicht in die Teile des Lieferumfangs (Ab-

schnitt 3.1) zerlegen.

Die Beschreibung des Zerlegens finden Sie in Ab-

schnitt 5.

5.1 Dusch- und Toilettenrollstuhl zusam-

menbauen

5.1.1 Seitenteile montieren

1. Die beiliegenden Klipps (7, Bild 1) dem Beutel

entnehmen.

2. Das Sitzgestell auf eine Seite legen.

3. Das Seitenteil (1, Bild 3) mit den Führungen für

die Fußstützen (4, Bild 3) nach vorne auf das Sitz-

gestell (3, Bild 3) aufschieben.

4. Die Klipp-Aufnahmen (5, Bild 3) vorne und hinten

am Seitenteil mit einer Bohrung im Sitzgestell (2,

Bild 3) in Übereinstimmung bringen.

5. Die Klipps (6, Bild 3) von außen in das Seitenteil

einstecken, bis die beiden Nasen (7, Bild 3) das

Sitzgestellrohr (3, Bild 3) umschließen.

6. Das Sitzgestell umdrehen und das zweite Seiten-

teil in gleicher Weise montieren.

7. Das Sitzgestell mit den montierten Seitenteilen

auf die Rollen stellen.

5.1.2 Rückenlehne montieren

1. Alle vier Rollen arretieren. Dazu den roten Fußhe-

bel der Rollen hinunterdrücken.

2. Die Rückenlehne (4, Bild 4) von oben in das Sitz-

gestell (5, Bild 4) einstecken, bis der Bund (3,

Bild 4) am Sitzgestellrohr (6, Bild 4) anliegt.

3. Je eine gebogene Unterlegscheibe (2, Bild 4) auf

die Schraube (1, Bild 4) aufschieben und die Rü-

ckenlehne links und rechts mit je zwei Schrauben

festschrauben.

5.1.3 Fußstützen montieren

1. Die Fußstütze (2, Bild 5) mit der Fußplatte (4,

Bild 5) nach innen in die Führung (7, Bild 5) vorne

am Seitenteil (8, Bild 5) einschieben, bis die Nut

(1, Bild 5) in den Stift des Klipps (6, Bild 5) ein-

greift. Die Fußstütze lässt sich seitlich nicht mehr

drehen.

5.2 Selbstfahrerräder (Option) aufstecken/

abnehmen

1. Alle vier Rollen in Fahrtrichtung ausrichten.

2. Alle Rollen arretieren.

3. Die Achse (4, Bild 6) am Selbstfahrerrad nach in-

nen schieben. (Die Greifringe zeigen nach au-

ßen.)

4. Den Knopf (5, Bild 6) an der Außenseite der Ach-

se eindrücken.

Die Sperrkugeln (3, Bild 6) am Ende der Achse werden

frei.

5. Den Dusch- und Toilettenrollstuhl etwas anheben.

Wichtig!

● Prüfen Sie vor dem Zusammenbauen die

Teile auf Transportschäden.

● In diesem Abschnitt ist der Zusammenbau

beschrieben. Das Zerlegen erfolgt in umge-

kehrter Reihenfolge.

● Beachten Sie bei der Montage die richtige

Lage der Teile zueinander (Bild 1).

Wichtig!

● Das Seitenteil gleichmäßig aufschieben

und nicht verkanten.

● Das Seitenteil vorne und hinten in gleicher

Höhe befestigen.

Wichtig!

Das linke und das rechte Seitenteil müssen auf

die gleiche Höhe eingestellt werden.

4 Transportieren

5 In Betrieb nehmen

Wichtig!

Die Armlehnen zeigen in abgeklapptem Zu-

stand nach vorne.

Wichtig!

● Die gebogenen Unterlegscheiben müssen

mit ihrer Rundung am Sitzgestellrohr anlie-

gen.

● Die Schrauben mit dem beiliegenden In-

nensechskantschlüssel fest anziehen.

Wichtig!

Die Montage ist für die rechte und linke Fuß-

stütze gleich.

Wichtig!

● Bei montierten Selbstfahrerrädern müssen

die hinteren Rollen arretiert bleiben.

● Die Montage ist für das rechte und das lin-

ke Selbstfahrerrad gleich.

● Die Naben und die Feststellbremsen für die

Selbstfahrerräder müssen montiert sein.

6. Die Achse in die Nabe (2, Bild 6) stecken und das

Selbstfahrerrad bis zum Anschlag (6, Bild 6) auf-

schieben.

7. Den Knopf loslassen.

Die Sperrkugeln werden nach außen gedrückt und

müssen hinter der Sechskantmutter (1, Bild 6) liegen.

8. Das Selbstfahrerrad nach außen ziehen, um das

sichere Verriegeln zu prüfen.

Das Abnehmen der Räder erfolgt in umgekehrter Rei-

henfolge.

6.1 Sitzhöhe einstellen

1. Den Dusch- und Toilettenrollstuhl auf einer Seite

am Sitzgestell leicht anheben.

2. Beide Klipps (6, Bild 3) auf dieser Seite herauszie-

hen.

3. Das Sitzgestell auf die gewünschte Sitzhöhe aus

dem Seitenteil herausziehen oder in das Seitenteil

hineingleiten lassen (10, Bild 1).

4. Beide Klipps wieder ganz einstecken.

5. Die andere Seite anheben und wie beschrieben

auf die gleiche Höhe einstellen.

6.2 Höhe der Fußstützen einstellen

1. Die Fußstütze (2, Bild 5) ein Stück nach oben zie-

hen.

2. Den Klipp (6, Bild 5) herausziehen und in der ge-

wünschten Position wieder einstecken. Die Fuß-

stütze dazu ggf. noch etwas weiter herausziehen.

3. Die Fußstütze nach unten schieben, bis die Nut

(1, Bild 5) in den Stift des Klipps (6, Bild 5) ein-

greift.

4. Die zweite Fußstütze wie beschrieben auf die ge-

wünschte Höhe einstellen.

6.3 Höhe der Armlehnen einstellen

1. Am Rückenlehnenbezug den Gurtverschluss des

Gurtes öffnen, der innen am Rückenlehnengestell

vorbeigeführt ist.

2. Am Rückenlehnenbezug den Gurtverschluss des

Gurtes öffnen, der oberhalb der Armlehne liegt

(1, Bild 7).

3. Diesen Gurt innen am Rückenlehnengestell vor-

beiführen und wieder schließen.

4. Die Schrauben (3, Bild 7) der Armlehnenhalterung

(4, Bild 7) mit dem beiliegenden Innensechskant-

schlüssel herausdrehen.

5. Die Halteschelle (2, Bild 7) mit den Muttern von

der Innenseite des Rückenlehnengestells abneh-

men.

6. Die Armlehnenhalterung (4, Bild 7) mit der Arm-

lehne abnehmen und nach oben versetzen.

7. Die Schrauben in die Armlehnenhalterung einset-

zen und durch die Bohrungen im Rückenlehnen-

gestell führen.

8. Ggf. die Muttern wieder in die Halteschelle einset-

zen.

9. Die Halteschelle so auf das Rückenlehnengestell

aufsetzen, dass die Fixierung an der Halteschelle

in die kleinere Bohrung eingreift.

10. Die Schrauben in die Muttern eindrehen und fest-

ziehen.

11. Den noch offenen Gurt des Rückenlehnenbezugs

außen am Rückenlehnengestell vorbeiführen,

schließen und alle Gurte spannen.

Das Einstellen der Armlehnen auf die untere Position

erfolgt in gleicher Weise.

Wichtig!

● Die Sitzhöhe ist an den Benutzer anzupas-

sen. Die Sitzhöhe ist in der Regel richtig

eingestellt, wenn der Benutzer auf dem

Dusch- und Toilettenrollstuhl sitzt und beide

Füße den Boden berühren.

● Die Höhe muss auf beiden Seiten gleich

verändert werden.

● Beim Einstellen der Sitzhöhe darf keine

Person auf dem Dusch- und Toilettenroll-

stuhl

sitzen.

6Bedienen

Wichtig!

● Die Höhe der Armlehnen ist an den Benut-

zer anzupassen.

● Die Höhe der Armlehnen muss auf beiden

Seiten gleichmäßig verändert werden.

● Die Höhe der rechten und der linken Arm-

lehne wird auf die gleiche Weise eingestellt.

Wichtig!

Die Muttern sind lose in die Halteschelle einge-

setzt und können herausfallen.

Wichtig!

Die kleinere Bohrung dient dazu, die Halte-

schelle zu fixieren.

Wichtig!

Beim Umbau auf die untere Position muss der

Gurt, der unterhalb der Armlehne liegt, geöff-

net und innerhalb des Rückenlehnengestells

vorbeigeführt werden.

6.4 Rückenlehnenbezug einstellen

Die Rückenlehnenspannung kann individuell ange-

passt werden.

Spannen:

Die Gurte (1, Bild 8) des Rückenlehnenbezugs fester

anziehen.

Entspannen:

1. Die Gurtverschlüsse (2, Bild 8) durch Eindrücken

der Haltenasen (Pfeile, Bild 8) öffnen.

2. Die Gurte durch den Verschluss ein Stück zurück-

schieben.

3. Die Gurtverschlüsse schließen.

4. Die Gurte leicht nachspannen.

6.5 Benutzen

Bei der Benutzung des Dusch- und Toilettenrollstuhls

sind die folgenden Sicherheitsregeln zu beachten:

Einstiegsposition/Ausstiegsposition:

1. Die Fußstütze in der Führung etwas nach oben

ziehen, bis die Nut (1, Bild 5) nicht mehr in den

Stift des Klipps (6, Bild 5) eingreift.

2. Die Fußstütze zur Seite schwenken.

Fahrposition:

1. Die Fußstütze nach innen drehen.

2. Die Fußstütze nach unten drücken, bis die Nut (1,

Bild 5) in den Stift des Klipps (6, Bild 5) eingreift.

6.8 Sitzplatte abnehmen/aufstecken

Abnehmen:

Die Sitzplatte an beiden Seiten nach oben ziehen.

Aufstecken:

1. Die Sitzplatte mit dem Ausschnitt nach vorne auf

das Sitzgestell aufsetzen (Bild 1).

2. Die Sitzplatte so weit wie möglich nach hinten

schieben.

3. Mit der flachen Hand die Sitzplatte an den Seiten

und anschließend vorne und hinten nach unten

drücken, bis die Sitzplatte im Sitzgestell ein-

schnappt.

6.9 Fersenband abnehmen/anbauen

1. Den Klettverschluss (5, Bild 5) am Fersenband

öffnen.

VORSICHT!

● Abrutschen durch lose Sitzfläche

Kontrollieren Sie vor dem Benutzen, ob

die Sitzfläche sicher am Sitzgestell be-

festigt ist.

● Abrutschen durch Wegrollen

Arretieren Sie vor dem Einsteigen oder

vor dem Aufstehen alle vier Rollen mit

den roten Fußhebeln.

Betätigen Sie bei montierten Selbstfah-

3. Die Sitzplatte und den Rückenlehnenbezug ab-

nehmen.

4. Die Seitenteile wie in Abschnitt 5 beschrieben ab-

nehmen.

5. Die Klipps gleich wieder in das Sitzgestell einste-

cken, damit die Klipps nicht verloren gehen.

6. Die einzelnen Teile mit handelsüblichen Reini-

gungs- und Desinfektionsmitteln sowie mit einem

Lappen oder einer Bürste abwaschen.

7. Die Teile mit warmem Wasser abbrausen.

8. Die Teile mit einem Lappen abtrocknen.

9. Den Dusch- und Toilettenrollstuhl wieder zusam-

menbauen.

7.2 Reinigen im Klinikbereich

Zusätzlich zur Reinigung, wie sie in Abschnitt 7.1 be-

schrieben ist, in regelmäßigen Abständen den Dusch-

und Toilettenrollstuhl bei 85 °C für 3 Minuten im Auto-

klav reinigen.

7.3 Wartung

Bei Einhaltung der oben genannten Pflegehinweise ist

der Dusch- und Toilettenrollstuhl wartungsfrei.

1.1 Introduction

These operating instructions contain information and

instructions regarding the safe and proper use of your

commode.

In the text, we refer to figures and individual items

within the figures. These references are shown in

brackets.

Example: (3, fig. 1) refers to figure 1, item 3.

Keep all documents supplied in a safe place.

1.2 Proper use

The commode is to be used solely as an aid for show-

ering or bathing, going to the toilet or for transfer in-

doors.

Any other use is prohibited.

Do not use the commode outdoors or as a climbing

aid.

The commode can be used as a commode for stand-

ard toilets or with an (optional) sanitary pan.

Only use the commode as a bathing chair in a pool if

the pool does not contain salt water and in the pres-

ence of someone taking care.

1.3 Warranty

The warranty depends on the legal specifications in

the country of destination or on the specifications

made by our sales partners.

In the event of damage, please notify your specialist

dealer or contact one of the addresses printed in these

operating instructions.

The warranty period begins at the delivery date as

shown on the delivery note.

1.4 Re-use/Reconditioning

The product is designed for repeated use. The maxi-

mum number of times you can re-use the product de-

pends on its general state and condition.

On reconditioning, always follow the AQUATEC recon-

ditioning and hygiene instructions. These are available

on request from AQUATEC.

1.5 Disposal

Always dispose of the individual parts at your local fa-

cility according to the material identification labels on

the parts.

Proper and complete disposal can be carried out by

the manufacturer.

2 Safety instructions

In the text, a picture illustrating the type of risk re-

places the asterisk.

3 Description

You can easily disassemble the commode into its com-

ponent parts (section 3.1) for transport.

For detailed instructions on how to dismantle the de-

vice, please refer to section 5.

5.1 Assembling the commode

5.1.1 Assembling the side sections

1. Take the enclosed clips (7, fig. 1) out of the bag.

2. Place the seat frame on one side.

3. Push the side section (1, fig. 3) with the guides for

the footrests (4, fig. 3) forwards onto the seat

frame (3, fig. 3).

4. Align the clip recesses (5, fig. 3) at the front and

back of the side section with a hole on the seat

frame (2, fig. 3).

5. Push the clips (6, fig. 3) from outside into the side

section until the two lugs (7, fig. 3) enclose the

seat frame tube (3, fig. 3).

6. Turn the seat frame around and fit the second side

section in the same way.

7. Place the seat frame with the fitted side sections

on to the casters.

5.1.2 Fitting the backrest

1. Lock all four casters. To do this, push down the

red foot pedal for the casters.

2. Push the backrest (4, fig. 4) down into the seat

frame (5, fig. 4) until the collar (3, fig. 4) touches

the seat frame tube (6, fig. 4).

3. Push a washer (2, fig. 4) onto each screw (1,

fig. 4) and fasten the backrest with two screws on

either side.

5.1.3 Fitting the footrests

1. Push the footrest (2, fig. 5) and the footplate (4,

fig. 5) inwards to the guide (7, fig. 5) on the front

of the side section (8, fig. 5) until the groove (1,

fig. 5) catches the pin on the clip (6, fig. 5). The

footrests can no longer be turned to the sides.

5.2 Fitting and removing the grip wheels

(optional)

1. Align all four casters to the front.

2. Lock all the casters.

3. Push the axle (4, fig. 6) on the grip wheel inwards.

(The grip rings must face outward.)

4. Push in the button (5, fig. 6) on the outside of the

axle.

This releases the locking balls (3, fig. 6) on the end of

the axle.

5. Slightly raise the commode.

6. Push the axle into the hub (2, fig. 6) and push on

the grip wheel (6, fig. 6) as far as it will go.

7. Release the button.

Important!

● Before setting up, inspect all parts for dam-

age during transport.

● This section describes the assembly. Disas-

sembly is carried out in reverse order.

● During assembly, make sure the parts are

positioned correctly in relation to each other

(fig. 1).

Important!

● Push in the side section evenly and do not

jam it.

● Fasten the side section at the same height

at the front and back.

Important!

The left and right side sections must be adjust-

ed to the same height.

When folded up, the armrests must face for-

ward.

● The round section of the curved washers

must touch the seat frame tube.

● Tighten the screws using the Allen key sup-

plied.

Important!

The procedure is the same for the right and the

left footrests.

Important!

● When the grip wheels are fitted, the rear

casters must be locked.

● The procedure is the same for the right and

the left wheels.

● The hubs and locking brakes for the grip

wheels must have been fitted.

The locking balls are pushed outwards and should be

behind the hex nut (1, fig. 6).

8. Pull out the grip wheel to check that it is securely

locked.

The wheels can be removed in the reverse order.

6.1 Adjusting the seat height

1. Hold the seat frame and slightly lift the commode

to one side.

2. Take out both clips (6, fig. 3) on that side.

3. To adjust the seat height, pull the seat frame out

of the side section or push it in (10, fig. 1).

4. Push in both clips completely.

5. Raise the other side and repeat the procedure so

that the seat height is the same.

6.2 Adjusting the height of the footrests

1. Pull up the footrest (2, fig. 5) slightly.

2. Pull out the clip (6, fig. 5) and put it in again at the

required position. Pull out the footrest slightly fur-

ther if necessary.

3. Push down the footrest until the groove (1, fig. 5)

catches the pin of the clip (6, fig. 5).

4. Set the other footrest to the same height as de-

scribed.

6.3 Adjusting the height of the armrests

1. Open the belt lock of the belt inside the backrest

frame at the backrest cover.

2. Open the belt lock of the belt above the armrests

at the backrest cover (1, fig. 7).

3. Feed this belt along the backrest frame and close

again.

4. Unscrew the screws (3, fig. 7) of the armrest hold-

er (4, fig. 7) using the supplied Allen key.

5. Remove the fastening clamp (2, fig. 7) with the

nuts from the inside of the backrest frame.

6. Remove the armrest holder (4, fig. 7) with the

armrest and move upwards.

7. Insert the screws into the armrest holder and

guide into the holes in the backrest frame.

8. Replace the nuts in the fastening clamp if neces-

sary.

9. Place the fastening clamp onto the backrest frame

so that the fixing of the fastening clamp engages

with the small hole.

10. Insert the screws into the nuts and tighten.

11. Guide the belt of the backrest cover around the

back rest frame, close it and then tighten all the

belts.

Follow the same procedure to adjust the armrests to

the lower position.

6.4 Adjusting the backrest cover

The backrest tension can be individually adjusted.

Tensioning:

Tighten the belts (1, fig. 8) of the backrest cover.

Loosening:

1. Open the belt locks (2, fig. 8) by pressing the lugs

(arrow, fig. 8).

2. Push the belt back through the lock.

3. Close the belt locks.

4. Slightly tension the belt.

Important!

● The seat height must be adjusted to suit the

user. As a rule, the seat height is correctly

adjusted when the user is sitting on the

commode and both feet touch the ground.

● The height must be adjusted by the same

amount on both sides.

● Do not adjust the seat height of the com-

mode

when someone is sitting on it.

Important!

● The height of the armrests must be adjust-

ed to suit the user.

● The height of the armrests must be adjust-

ed by the same amount on both sides.

● The height of the right and left armrest is

adjusted in the same way.

6 Operation

Important!

The nuts are inserted loosely in the fastening

clamp and can fall out.

Important!

The small hole is for fixing the fastening clamp.

Important!

Open the belt below the armrest and feed it

through the backrest frame if you are adjusting

the armrest to the lower position.

6.5 Use

When using the commode, observe the following safe-

ty rules:

Position for getting in and out:

1. Push the footrest slightly upwards along the guide

until the groove (1, fig. 5) no longer catches the

pin of the clip (6, fig. 5).

2. Fold the footrest to the side.

Driving position:

1. Turn the footrests inwards.

2. Push down the footrest until the groove (1, fig. 5)

catches the pin of the clip (6, fig. 5).

6.8 Detaching and attaching the seat plate

Detaching:

Pull up the seat plate on both sides.

Attaching:

1. Place the seat plate on the seat frame with the

hole at the front (fig. 1).

2. Push the seat plate as far back as it will go.

3. Using the palm of your hand, push the sides of the

seat plate down, and then the front and the back,

until the seat plate snaps into the seat frame.

6.9 Removing and attaching the heel loop

1. Open the velcro fastening (5, fig. 5) at the heel

loop.

2. Unscrew the bolt (3, fig. 5).

3. Take off the screw with the spacer, and the nut un-

derneath the foot plate.

4. Pull the heel loop off the spacer.

The heel loop can be fitted in the reverse order.

CAUTION!

● Seat surface may slip if loose

Check whether the seat surface is firmly

secured to the seat frame before use.

● Slipping caused by the chair rolling

Lock all four casters with using the red

foot pedals before getting into or out of

the chair.

Apply the locking brake if the grip wheels

are used (optional).

Rolling away

Lock the casters in the parked position us-

ing the red foot pedal or the grip wheels

(optional) with the locking brake.

Tipping over

● Push the footrests to the sides or fold up

the foot plates before getting into or out

of the chair.

● Do not stand on the footrests.

Risk of breakage

Only lift the commode by the sides when

someone is sitting in it.

Catching in turning wheels

When using the optional grip wheels, do not

grip between the spokes or between the

seat frame and the turning wheels.

CAUTION!

Catching in the folding mechanism

● When folding the armrests up and down,

do not reach into the joint and make sure

that no parts become jammed.

● When folding up the armrests, do not

reach between the armrest and the

backrest.

CAUTION!

Loose footrests can be dangerous

Fix the footrests in the driving position.

CAUTION!

Risk of catching

Do not reach between the seat surface and

the seat frame when pressing down the

seat plate.

Important!

When the bolt is unscrewed, the nut below

may fall out.

Important!

The velcro fastening of the heel loop should be

inside when fitted.

6.10 Troubleshooting

7.1 Cleaning at home

1. Take off any fitted accessories.

2. Pull the footrests out of the guides.

3. Take off the seat plate and the backrest cover.

4. Take off the side sections as described in

section 5.

5. Put the clips back into the seat frame to prevent

them from being lost.

6. Wash the individual parts with commercial deter-

gents and disinfectants using a cloth or brush.

7. Rinse the parts under warm water.

8. Dry the parts with a cloth.

9. Reassemble the commode.

7.2 Cleaning in clinics

As well as the cleaning operations described in

section 7.1, at regular intervals the commode should

be cleaned at 85 °C for 3 minutes in the autoclave.

7.3 Maintenance

The commode is maintenance-free provided you fol-

low the care instructions described above.

La chaise roulante pour douche/toilettes est conçue

aux toilettes ou pour transférer une personne à l’inté-

rieur d’un bâtiment.

Toute autre utilisation est interdite.

Il est interdit d’utiliser la chaise roulante pour douche/

toilettes à l’extérieur ou comme aide à la montée.

Si vous utilisez la chaise roulante pour douche/toilettes

comme siège de toilettes, vous pouvez la placer au-

dessus de toilettes standard, ou l’utiliser indépendam-

ment avec la cuvette amovible (en option).

Si vous désirez utiliser la chaise roulante pour douche/

toilettes comme chaise de bain dans une piscine, ne

l’utilisez que dans une piscine d’eau douce, sous la

constante surveillance d’une autre personne.

dans les pays d’exploitation ou sur les dispositions de

nos partenaires de distribution.

En cas de dommage, veuillez vous adresser à votre

distributeur spécialisé ou à l’une des adresses indi-

La date de livraison figurant sur le bon de livraison cor-

respond également à la date d’entrée en vigueur de la

Le produit est destiné à être réutilisé. Le nombre maxi-

mal de réutilisations dépend de l’état du produit après

chaque utilisation.

2 Consignes de sécurité

Veuillez respecter les indications figurant sur

la plaque d’identification. Ne soumettez pas

la chaise roulante pour douche/toilettes à

des contraintes de poids excessives.

3 Description

Vous trouverez des informations importantes sur la

plaque d’identification (image 9).

La plaque d’identification est apposée sur l’intérieur de

l’élément latéral de droite.

Pour transporter la chaise roulante pour douche/toilet-

tes, vous pouvez facilement démonter les pièces que

vous avez reçues démontées à la livraison (section

3.1).

Le démontage est décrit à la section 5.

5.1 Assemblage de la chaise roulante pour

douche/toilettes

5.1.1 Montage des éléments latéraux

1. Sortez les clips ci-joints (7, image 1) du sac.

2. Posez le bâti du siège sur le côté.

3. Enfoncez vers l’avant l’élément latéral (1,

image 3) avec les guides pour les repose-pieds

(4, image 3) sur le bâti du siège (3, image 3).

4. Alignez les logements des clips (5, image 3) à

l’avant et à l’arrière de l’élément latéral sur un trou

de perçage du bâti du siège (2, image 3).

5. Enfoncez les clips (6, image 3) de l’extérieur dans

l’élément latéral, jusqu’à ce que les deux extrémi-

tés du dispositif de fixation en demi-cercle (7,

image 3) encerclent le tube du bâti du siège (3,

image 3).

6. Tournez le bâti du siège et montez le deuxième

élément latéral de la même manière.

7. Placez sur les roulettes le bâti du siège avec les

éléments latéraux montés.

5.1.2 Montage du dossier

1. Bloquez les quatre roulettes. Pour ce faire,

abaissez le levier rouge à actionnement au pied

situé sur les roulettes.

2. Enfoncez le dossier (4, image 4) par le haut dans

le bâti du siège (5, image 4), jusqu’à ce que le re-

bord de butée (3, image 4) repose sur le tube du

bâti du siège (6, image 4).

3. Enfoncez une rondelle bombée (2, image 4) sur

chaque vis (1, image 4) et vissez le dossier à

droite et à gauche avec deux vis par côté.

5.1.3 Montage des repose-pieds

1. Insérez les repose-pieds (2, image 5) avec les

plaques pour les pieds (4, image 5) à l’intérieur

des guides tubulaires (7, image 5) situés à l’avant

des élément latéraux (8, image 5), jusqu’à ce que

la rainure (1, image 5) s’engage dans la broche du

clip (6, image 5). Il n’est plus possible de tourner

les repose-pieds sur le côté.

5.2 Montage/démontage des roues de dé-

placement autonome (en option)

Important !

● Avant d’assembler les éléments de l’appa-

reil, vérifiez qu’ils n’ont pas subi de dégâts

pendant le transport.

● Vous trouverez dans cette section une des-

cription de l’assemblage. Le désassembla-

ge s’effectue dans l’ordre inverse.

● Lors du montage, respectez l’emplace-

ment des éléments les uns par rapport aux

autres (image 1).

Important !

● Enfilez progressivement l’élément latéral

sans le coincer.

● Fixez l’élément latéral à même hauteur à

l’avant et à l’arrière.

5 Mise en service

Important !

Les côtés droit et gauche doivent être réglés à

la même hauteur.

Important !

Les accoudoirs déployés sont orientés vers

l’avant.

Important !

● Les rondelles doivent adhérer par leur face

bombée au tube du bâti du siège.

● Vissez fermement les vis à l’aide de la clé

hexagonale ci-jointe.

Important !

Le montage est identique pour les repose-

pieds droit et gauche.

Important !

● Les roulettes arrière doivent être bloquées

quand les roues de déplacement autonome

sont montées.

● Le montage est identique pour les roues

droite et gauche.

● Les moyeux et les freins de stationnement

pour les roues de déplacement autonome

doivent être montés.

1. Orientez les quatre roulettes dans le sens de dé-

placement.

2. Bloquez les quatre roulettes.

3. Poussez l’axe (4, image 6) sur la roue de déplace-

ment autonome vers l’intérieur. (Les anneaux

d’accrochage sont orientés vers l’extérieur.)

4. Enfoncez le bouton (5, image 6) sur la face exté-

rieure de l’axe.

Les billes de verrouillage (3, image 6) au bout de l’axe

se libèrent.

5. Soulevez légèrement la chaise roulante pour dou-

che/toilettes.

6. Enfoncez l’axe dans le moyeu (2, image 6) et enfi-

lez la roue de déplacement autonome jusqu’à la

butée (6, image 6).

7. Relâchez le bouton.

Les billes de verrouillage sont pressées vers l’extérieur

et doivent se positionner derrière l’écrou hexagonal (1,

image 6).

8. Tirez la roue de déplacement autonome vers l’ex-

térieur pour vérifier que le verrouillage est bien

fait.

Le démontage des roues se fait en procédant dans

l’ordre inverse.

6.1 Réglage de la hauteur du siège

1. Soulevez légèrement la chaise roulante pour dou-

che/toilettes sur un côté du bâti du siège.

2. Retirez les deux clips (6, image 3) sur ce côté.

3. Sortez ou enfoncez le bâti du siège dans l’élé-

ment latéral jusqu’à obtenir la hauteur désirée (10,

image 1).

4. Enfoncez de nouveau complètement les deux

clips.

5. Soulevez l’autre côté et réglez la même hauteur,

comme décrit.

6.2 Réglage de la hauteur des repose-pieds

1. Tirez un peu le repose-pieds (2, image 5) vers le

haut.

2. Enlevez le clip (6, image 5) et replacez-le dans la

position pour obtenir la hauteur souhaitée. Si be-

soin est, sortez encore un peu le repose-pieds de

son logement.

3. Poussez le repose-pieds vers le bas, jusqu’à ce

que la rainure (1, image 5) s’engage dans la bro-

che du clip (6, image 5).

4. Réglez le deuxième repose-pieds à la hauteur

souhaitée, conformément à la description ci-des-

sus.

6.3 Réglage de la hauteur des accoudoirs

1. Sur la housse du dossier, ouvrez la fermeture de

sangle qui passe à l’intérieur du bâti du dossier.

2. Sur la housse de dossier, ouvrez la fermeture de

sangle qui se situe au-dessus de l’accoudoir

(1, image 7).

3. Faites passer la sangle à l’intérieur du bâti de dos-

sier et refermez-la.

4. Dévissez les vis (3, image 7) du support d’accou-

doir (4, image 7) avec la clé hexagonale jointe.

5. Retirez la bride de fixation (2, image 7) avec les

écrous sur la face intérieure du dossier.

6. Retirez le support d’accoudoir (4, image 7) et l’ac-

coudoir et décalez-les vers le haut.

7. Placez les vis dans le support d’accoudoir et fai-

tes-les passer dans les orifices du bâti de dossier.

8. Le cas échéant, placez à nouveau les écrous

dans la bride de fixation.

9. Placez la bride de fixation sur le bâti de dossier de

manière à ce que la fixation s’engage dans le plus

petit orifice.

10. Vissez et serrez les vis dans les écrous.

11. Faites passer la sangle encore ouverte de la

housse du dossier à l’extérieur du bâti de dossier,

refermez-la et serrez toutes les sangles.

Important !

● Il faut adapter la hauteur du siège à l’utilisa-

teur. En général, la hauteur du siège est

correctement réglée, lorsque l’utilisateur est

assis sur la chaise roulante pour douche/

toilettes et que ses deux pieds frôlent le sol.

● La modification de la hauteur doit être ef-

fectuée des deux côtés.

● Aucune personne ne doit être assise sur la

chaise roulante pour douche/toilettes

pen-

dant le réglage de la hauteur du siège.

6 Utilisation

Important !

● Il faut adapter la hauteur des accoudoirs à

l’utilisateur.

● La hauteur des accoudoirs doit être modi-

fiée de manière égale des deux côtés.

● La hauteur des accoudoirs droit et gauche

se règle de la même façon.

Important !

Les écrous sont placés dans la bride de fixa-

tion de manière desserrée et peuvent tomber.

Important !

Le petit orifice sert à fixer la bride de fixation.
