KOMPRESSORIN LOHKO
• Asennus- ja käyttöohjeet •
- Tarkista että lohkon ja sähkömoottorin koko vastaavat toisiaan.
- Tarkista moottorin pyörimisnopeus.
- Kompressorin lohkon
• min. pyörimisnopeus on 1000 rpm
• max. pyörimisnopeus on 1400 rpm
• ihannenopeus on 1200 rpm.
- Asenna kompressorin lohko tukevasti kiinni neljällä pultilla.
- Suojaa siivapyörät huolellisesti avonaisella verkolla.
- Varmista jäähdytysilman esteetön pääsy siivalle/tuulettimelle.
- Tarkista että pyörimissuunta on siivapyörässä olevan nuolen mukainen.
- Sijoita kompressori paikkaan, jossa jäähdytysilman riittävä saanti on taattu.
- Lisää kompressorin lohkoon öljyä ennen käyttöä.
- Käytä Sae 30 tai Multigrade 10/50 –öljyä.
- Öljyn määrä tarkistetaan lohkon kyljessä olevasta tarkistussilmästä.
- Öljyn yläpinnan tulee asettua tarkistussilmän punaisen pisteen tasolle.
- Käytä kompressorijärjestelmässä AINA painekytkintä ja ylipaineventtiiliä.
- Sisäänaja lohkoa viiden minuutin ajan säiliön venttiilit avoimena.
- Kahden käyttötunnin jälkeen tarkista öljyn taso ja kiristä kannen pultit.
- Vaihda öljyt 100 ensimmäisen käyttötunnin jälkeen.
- Tämän jälkeen öljynvaihto tulee tehdä 1000 käyttötunnin välein.
- Tarkista öljymäärä joka viikko. Poista säiliöstä myös lauhdevesi.

• Mounting and use •
- Ensure that the block size and compressor size correspond with each other.
- Check the motor rotating speed.
- The compressor block’s
• min. rotating speed is 1000 rpm
• max. rotating speed is 1400 rpm
• ideal rotating speed is 1200 rpm.
- Fasten the compressor block securely with four bolts.
- Cover the flywheels carefully with an open grid.
- Ensure that cooling air has free access to the flywheel/fan.
- Check that the rotating direction is according to the arrow in the flywheel.
- Locate the compressor to a place where sufficient supply of cooling air is assured.
- Before use, add oil to the compressor block.
- Use oil Sae 30 or Multigrade 10/50.
- Oil level can be checked from the inspection opening located on the side of the block.
- Oil level should be at the red point of the inspection opening.
- The compressor system should ALWAYS be equipped with a pressure switch and a
safety valve.
- For breaking in, let the compressor block run for five minutes with tank valves open.
- After two hours use, check the oil level and tighten the cover bolts.
- Change oil after the first 100 hours use.
- After this, change oil between every 1000 hours use.
- Check oil level weekly. Also empty the condensation water from the tank.
