Questo libretto istruzioni è diviso in due parti :

- PRIMA PARTE = contiene tutte le informazioni indi-

spensabili per il funzionamento del vostro TOPTEL 2

GOLD.

- SECONDA PARTE = è dedicata a chi vuole approfondi-

re la conoscenza di questo telecomando ed utilizzare

anche le sue prestazioni supplementari.

La figura a pag. 3 illustra brevemente le funzioni della

tastiera.

PRIMA PARTE

CARATTERISTICHE PRINCIPALI DEL TOPTEL 2 GOLD

• Facilità d’uso: ad ogni telecomando originale è abbinato un

numero di codice. Componete il codice abbinato al vostro

telecomando e TOPTEL 2 GOLD è pronto per l’uso.

• Può telecomandare la maggior parte dei televisori, video-

registratori e ricevitori da satellite esistenti sul mercato eu-

ropeo.

• Ha tutte le funzioni essenziali del vostro telecomando origi-

nale, incluso il TELEVIDEO, più alcune funzioni accesso-

rie.

• Si possono preselezionare fino a 7 differenti telecomandi

originali, tra i circa 8000 contenuti in TOPTEL 2 GOLD, e

commutarli con la semplice pressione di un tasto.

ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO

Inserire 4 batterie nuove (tipo UM-4/HR03P/AAA) da 1,5 volt

rispettando le polarità indicate.

Ricercare nell’elenco da pag 51 il codice a quattro cifre abbi-

nato alla marca ed al modello del vostro telecomando ori-

ginale e inserirlo nel TOPTEL 2 GOLD come descritto al

punto A.

ATTENZIONE! Se il modello del telecomando originale

non è presente nella lista provare a inserire gli altri codi-

ci appartenenti alla stessa marca.

Se nessuno dei codici impostati dà esito positivo o se

non si sa quale codice impostare, seguire la procedura

di RICERCA CODICE al punto B.

A) PROGRAMMAZIONE DEL CODICE

1) Premere e mantenere premuto il tasto SET; premere ora

uno dei tasti TV1, VR1 ecc., a cui associare l’apparec-

chiatura che si vuole comandare. La spia rossa (LED) ini-

zia a lampeggiare. Rilasciare ora i due tasti.

2) Comporre di seguito il codice a quattro cifre.

Dopo la quarta cifra un doppio lampo prolungato del LED

indica il corretto inserimento ; se così non fosse ritentare

l’impostazione.

Alla stesso modo è possibile inserire altri 6 apparati sosti-

tuendo al tasto TV1 i tasti TV2, SAT, VR1, VR2 oppure i tasti

TV1 - TV2 premuti assieme per selezionare TV3 e così VR1

- VR2 assieme per selezionare AUX.

A questo punto, se si vuole comandare una delle 7 apparec-

chiature impostate, basta selezionarla premendo per un

istante il relativo tasto; TV1 - TV2 - SAT - VR1 - VR2 - (TV1 +

TV2 per TV3) - (VR1 + VR2 per AUX).

AVVERTENZA MOLTO IMPORTANTE !

Durante il normale uso può succedere che uno dei suddetti

tasti venga inavvertitamente premuto e quindi si ha la sen-

sazione che TOPTEL 2 GOLD si sia guastato, in quanto non

comanda più l’apparato che si stava utilizzando.

In questo caso, prima di ogni altra operazione, selezionare

di nuovo l’apparato desiderato premendo il relativo tasto

(TV1, TV2 ...).

Vi consigliamo di prendere nota nella apposita tabella a

pag. 1 dei numeri usati per la programmazione, nel caso

fosse necessario una reimpostazione. (per esempio in caso

di sostituzione delle batterie esaurite)

B) RICERCA CODICE

1) Mettere in funzione l’apparecchiatura che si desidera tele-

comandare (se si tratta di un videoregistratore avviare

manualmente la riproduzione - PLAY).

2) Premere e mantenere premuto il tasto SET; premere ora

uno dei tasti di selezione (es. TV1 o VR1) al quale asso-

ciare l’apparato da comandare; la spia rossa (LED) ini-

zierà a lampeggiare. Rilasciare i due tasti.

3) Premere nuovamente il tasto SET, e dopo averlo rilascia-

to, puntando il telecomando verso l’apparecchiatura, pre-

mere lentamente e ripetutamente il tasto (spegnimen-

to) per i televisori oppure il tasto

(STOP) per i videoregistratori fino a che l’apparecchiatura

non reagisce al comando (cioè si spegne se è un TV o si

ferma la riproduzione se è un videoregistratore).

Si consiglia di fare una breve pausa dopo ogni aziona-

mento del tasto per accertare se l’apparecchiatura reagi-

sce al comando.

4) Non appena l’apparecchiatura reagisce al comando, pre-

mere nuovamente il relativo tasto di selezione (es. TV1 o

VR1) per memorizzare il codice trovato.

Il LED rosso, dopo un doppio lampeggio, cesserà di lam-

peggiare.

Controllare ora che anche le altre funzioni del telecomando

vengano eseguite regolarmente sulla vostra apparecchiatu-

ra. Se ciò non avvenisse, continuare con la procedura di RI-

CERCA CODICE per trovare un altro abbinamento più cor-

retto.

Non appena la RICERCA CODICE è stata completata, vi

consigliamo di identificare i codici trovati con il procedimento

qui sotto indicato e di annotarli nella tabella a pag. 1 in modo

da poterli facilmente reimpostare, se necessario, evitando di

utilizzare nuovamente la laboriosa procedura di ricerca.

ATTENZIONE! a motivo dell’elevato numero di programmi

esistenti all’interno del TOPTEL 2 GOLD la ricerca può du-

rare fino a 15 / 20 minuti. Se comunque si volesse inter-

rompere anticipatamente la RICERCA CODICE premere

il tasto SET.

C) IDENTIFICAZIONE DEL NUMERO DI CODICE

Per conoscere il numero del codice memorizzato col proce-

dimento di ricerca procedere come segue:

1) Premere e mantenere premuto il tasto SET; premere ora il

tasto relativo al dispositivo desiderato (TV1, VR1, ecc.). La

spia rossa inizierà a lampeggiare. Rilasciare i due tasti.

2) Premere nuovamente per una volta il tasto del dispositivo

(TV1, VR1, ecc.).

3) Il LED si spegnerà per qualche istante, poi produrrà una

serie di quattro lampeggi, intervallati da un breve periodo

di spegnimento.

Per ognuno di questi lampeggi si verificherà un numero di

accensioni corrispondenti alla cifra del codice ricercato: al

primo lampeggio corrisponderà la prima cifra, al secondo la

seconda cifra e così via.

SOSTITUZIONE DELLE BATTERIE

L’operazione di sostituzione delle batterie deve essere com-

piuta IN UN TEMPO INFERIORE A TRE MINUTI per evitare

che si perdano le impostazioni dei codici relativi alle 7 appa-

recchiature.

Se tuttavia ciò dovesse avvenire, sarà sufficiente ridigitare i

codici della tabella a pag 1 da voi compilata al momento del-

la precedente programmazione.

Si consiglia di sostituire comunque le batterie ogni due anni

per evitare perdite di programmazione.

SECONDA PARTE

CARATTERISTICHE SUPPLEMENTARI DEL TOPTEL 2

GOLD

• Può comandare contemporaneamente TV e Videoregistra-

tore, oppure TV e Satellite (vedi capitolo «DOPPIA TA-

STIERA»).

• Consente di aggiungere i comandi FASTEXT del Televideo

(vedi capitolo COMANDI FASTEXT ).

DOPPIA TASTIERA

TOPTEL 2 GOLD vi offre la possibilità di comandare due

apparecchiature senza dover selezionare alternativamente

l’una o l’altra con i relativi tasti (TV - VR - SAT).

Per far ciò occorre premere contemporaneamente i due tasti

degli apparecchi interessati.

Le possibilità di accoppiamento degli apparecchi sono le se-

guenti: TV1 - VR1, TV1 - VR2, TV2 - VR1, TV2 - VR2, TV1 -

SAT, TV2 - SAT.

Le funzioni sulla tastiera saranno così suddivise:

TV + VCR: i seguenti tasti trasmetteranno comandi VCR, tut-

ti gli altri trasmetteranno comandi TV.

TV + SAT: i 10 tasti dell’area numerica più i seguenti tasti

trasmetteranno comandi SAT, tutti gli altri trasmetteranno co-

mandi TV.

COMANDI FASTEXT (doppia funzione)

In alcuni programmi TV i comandi FASTEXT del Televideo

sono già disponibili sui quattro tasti colorati allineati.

Nel caso tuttavia in cui essi non fossero presenti, TOPTEL 2

GOLD vi offre la possibilità di avere a disposizione i comandi

FASTEXT del vostro telecomando originale, aggiungendoli a

vostra discrezione, utilizzando la doppia funzione dei se-

guenti 5 tasti:

Per inserire questi comandi seguite la semplice procedura

qui indicata:

1) Ricercare nella prima colonna della tabella da pag. 158 il

numero corrispondente al codice da voi impostato e pren-

dere nota dei codici a tre cifre indicati a fianco, sotto le in-

dicazioni R (rosso), G (verde), Y (giallo), B (blu) e i ()

(se presente).

2) Premere per un istante il tasto TV1 (oppure TV2 oppure

TV3) sul quale avete impostato il codice del TV di cui vo-

lete avere a disposizione i comandi FASTEXT.

3) Premere e tenere premuto il tasto FAST TEXT: il LED ros-

so lampeggerà una volta.

4) Comporre, sulla tastiera numerica, il codice corrisponden-

te al R (rosso).

This instruction manual is divided into two sections:

- FIRST SECTION = contains all the indispensable infor-

mation for operating your TOPTEL 2 GOLD.

- SECOND SECTION = is devoted to those who wish to

get a deeper knowledge of this remote control and al-

so use its supplementary functions.

The figure on page 3 shows briefly the functions of the

keyboard.

FIRST SECTION

PRINCIPAL CHARACTERISTICS OF TOPTEL 2 GOLD

• Easy to use. Each original remote control is allocated a 4

digit code: enter the code corresponding to your original

remote control and TOPTEL 2 GOLD is ready to use.

• Can control most of the TV sets, Videorecorders and Satel-

lite receivers existing on the European market.

• Has all the essential facilities of your original remote con-

trol, including TELETEXT and other supplementary func-

tions.

• Seven different original remote controls can be pre-selec-

ted from among the nearly 8.000 that are present in the

data librery and switched by simply pressing a button.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Insert 4 new batteries (type UM-4/HR03P/AAA) 1.5 Volt

taking note of the polarity indications.

Check in the directory from page 51 the code with 4 digit al-

premuto contemporaneamente il tasto FAST TEXT.

Questo programma contiene informazioni utili e dettagliate

se desiderate approfondire la conoscenza del vostro TOP-

TEL 2 GOLD.

ATTENTION ! if the model of your original remote con-

trol is not listed in the directory try and enter the other

codes which have been allocated to the same manufac-

turer.

If none of the codes entered give a positive result or you

don’t know what code to enter, follow the procedure of

CODE SEARCH listed in point B.

A) PROGRAMMING THE CODE

1) Press and hold SET button and then press TV1 button.

Release the two buttons. The red light (LED) will start fla-

shing.

2) Enter in sequence the 4 digit code.

After the 4th digit a prolonged flash indicates the correct

insertion: if this does not happen try again.

In the same mode it is possible to enter 6 other apparatus

substituting the button TV1 with either one of the following

buttons TV2, SAT, VR1, VR2 or the buttons TV1-TV2 pres-

sed simultaneously will select TV3 and similarly VR1-VR2

pressed simultaneously will select AUX.

At this stage if you wish to control any one of the 7 appara-

tus entered, select pressing the relevant button, TV1, TV2,

SAT, VR1, VR2, (TV1+TV2 for TV3) and (VR1+VR2 for

AUX).

VERY IMPORTANT !

It can happen that you inadvertently press one of these but-

tons during the normal use and consequently think that your

TOPTEL 2 GOLD is defective, as it is not able to control the

equipment previously selected.

In this case, before any other action, select again this equip-

ment by pressing the relevant button (TV1, TV2, etc.).

We recommend that you take note in the table on page 1 the

numbers used for programming in case it may be necessary

to re-enter (for example changing used batteries).

B) CODE SEARCH

1) Switch on the equipment that you wish to control (if this

should be a VCR insert a cassette and manually select

the PLAY function).

2) Press and hold SET button and then press one of the se-

lection buttons (e.g. TV1 or VR1) which will associate with

the equipment you wish to command. Release the two

buttons.The red LED will start flashing.

3) Re-press the SET button and, after releasing it, point the

remote control towards the equipment pressing slowly

and repeatedly the OFF button ( ) in the case of the TV

and the STOP ( ) button in the case of the VCR, until the

equipment accepts the command i.e. the TV switches off

or the VCR stops to play.

We recommend a brief pause after each pressing action

of the button or in order to see if your equipment

has accepted your command.

4) When the equipment has accepted your command, press

the equipment button (e.g.TV1 or VR1) once again to me-

morize the code found.The red LED will flash twice.

Now try the other functions on your TOPTEL 2 GOLD to

ensure they all operate correctly.

If they do not all operate correctly, recommence the CODE

SEARCH from point 1) until a more accurate code is found.

As soon as the CODE SEARCH procedure is complete, we

recommend that you identify the codes found with the CODE

NUMBER IDENTIFICATION procedure listed in point C and

note them in the table on page 1 in order that they can be

easily re-entered if necessary, thus avoiding having to use

the search procedure again.

ATTENTION! THE CODE SEARCH CAN LAST FOR SE-

VERAL MINUTES.

In case you wish to interrupt the CODE SEARCH proce-

dure press button SET.

C) CODE NUMBER IDENTIFICATION

To know the number of the code memorized with the precee-

ding search procedure, follow the instructions listed below :

1) Press and hold SET button and then press the equip-

ment button desired (TV1, VR1, etc.). The red LED will

start flashing.

2) Press once again the same equipment button.

3) The red LED will turn off for a few seconds, then will turn

on 4 times with 3 short intervals among them. Every ligh-

ting will produce a certain number of flashes, each corre-

The first lighting will define the first digit, the second ligh-

ting will define the second digit and so on.

REPLACEMENT OF BATTERIES

Replacement of batteries must be effected within 3 minu-

tes to avoid losing any of the codes entered relative to the 7

pieces of equipment. However,should this occur, it will be

sufficient to re-enter the codes from the table on page 1 whi-

ch you completed when first programming your remote.

We suggest to replace the batteries at least every two years

to avoid loss of memory

SECOND SECTION

SUPPLEMENTARY CHARACTERISTICS OF TOPTEL 2

GOLD

• Can control simultaneously your TV and Videorecorder or

your TV and Satellite receiver (see DOUBLE KEY-

BOARD).

• FASTEXT commands can be added where not present

(see FASTEXT COMMANDS )

DOUBLE KEYBOARD

TOPTEL 2 GOLD offers you the possibility of controlling 2

apparatus without having to select alternatively one or the

other with the relevant buttons (TV, VR, SAT).

To achieve this, press simultaneously the 2 buttons of the

apparatus.

It is possible to merge the following : TV1-VR1, TV1-VR2,

TV2-VR1, TV2-VR1, TV1-SAT, TV2-SAT.

The functions on the keyboard are sub-divided as follows:

TV + VCR: the following buttons will transmit the VCR com-

mands, the others will transmit TV commands.

TV + SAT: the 10 buttons in the numerical area and the fol-

lowing buttons will transmit the SAT commands, the others

will transmit TV commands.

FASTEXT COMMANDS (double function )

When selecting the apparatus with the equipment buttons, in

some cases the FASTEXT commands are already present

on the red, green, yellow and blue buttons located on the sa-

me row.

Should they not be present, TOPTEL 2 GOLD gives the

possibility of having available the FASTEXT commands of

your original remote control by adding them, to your choice,

and operating them through the double function of the fol-

lowing 5 buttons :

To add these commands follow the procedure listed below :

1) Look up the code number, corresponding to the appara-

tus of which you wish to have the FASTEXT commands,

in the first column of the table from page 158 and take no-

te of the 3 digit codes indicated aside, in the other 5 co-

lumns entitled R (red), G (green), Y (yellow), B (blue) and

i ( ) (if present).

2) Press once the equipment button TV1 (or TV2 or TV3)

where you have entered the code number of the appara-

tus of which you wish to have the FASTEXT commands.

3) Press and hold FAST TEXT button: the red LED will flash

once.

4) Enter, on the numerical keyboard, the 3 digit code from

column R.

5) Press the red button : the LED will flash twice.

6) Release FAST TEXT button.

7) Repeat likewise from point 3) to point 6) for entering the

other 3 colours and i ( ) (if present in the table)

After having completed this procedure, the FASTEXT com-

mands will be present as double function on the red, green,

yellow, blue and grey buttons.

To activate this double function, press and hold FAST

TEXT button to use FASTEXT commands.

teilt:

- ABSCHNITT EINS - enthält alle unentbehrlichen Infor-

mationen für den Betrieb Ihres TOPTEL 2 GOLD.

- ABSCHNITT ZWEI - ist für diejenigen gedacht, die die

Fernbedienung genauer verstehen und auch die Zu-

satzfunktionen nutzen möchten.

Die Abbildung auf Seite 3 gibt eine Übersicht über die

Funktionen des Tastenfelds.

ABSCHNITT EINS

HAUPTMERKMALE VON TOPTEL 2 GOLD

• Bedienungsfreundlich. Jede Original-Fernbedienung hat ei-

ne vierstellige Code-Nummer: Die Code-Nummer Ihrer ur-

sprünglichen Fernbedienung eingeben, und schon ist TOP-

TEL 2 GOLD betriebsbereit.

• Geeignet für die meisten Fernseher, Videorecorder und

Satellitenempfänger, die auf dem europäischen Markt

erhältlich sind.

• Verfügt über alle wichtigen Funktionen Ihrer ursprünglichen

Fernbedienung, einschließlich TELETEXT und andere Zu-

satzfunktionen.

• Vorauswahl von sieben verschiedenen Original-Fernbedie-

nungen aus den fast 8000 im Datenarchiv erhältlichen,

Umschaltung durch einfachen Knopfdruck.

BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG

4 neue 1,5-Volt-Batterien einsetzen (Typ UM-

4/HR03P/AAA), dabei auf die korrekte Polarität achten.

In der Liste auf Seite 51 die Ihrer ursprünglichen Fernbe-

dienung zugeteilte vierstellige Code-Nummer nachschlagen

und wie unter A) beschrieben in Ihre TOPTEL 2 GOLD

Fernbedienung eingeben.

ACHTUNG: Wenn das Modell Ihrer ursprünglichen Fern-

bedienung nicht auf der Liste ist, so probieren Sie die

anderen Code-Nummern desselben Herstellers.

Wenn keine dieser eingegebenen Code-Nummern zu ei-

nem positiven Ergebnis führt, oder Sie nicht wissen,

welche Code-Nummer die richtige ist, dann folgen Sie

der Anleitung für CODE-NUMMER-SUCHE unter B).

A) PROGRAMMIERUNG DER CODE-NUMMER

1) Taste SET drücken und halten, danach Taste TV1

drücken. Beide Knöpfe loslassen. Das rote Licht (LED)

beginnt aufzuleuchten.

2) Die vierstellige Code-Nummer in der richtigen Reihenfol-

ge eingeben. Nach der vierten Eingabe zeigt ein langes

Aufleuchten die korrekte Eingabe an: andernfalls die Ein-

gabe wiederholen.

Im gleichen Modus ist es auch möglich, 6 weitere Geräte

einzuprogrammieren, wenn anstatt Taste TV1 eine der fol-

genden Tasten gedrückt wird: TV2, SAT, VR1, VR2. Gleich-

zeitiges Drücken der Tasten TV1 und TV2 programmiert

TV3, entsprechend programmiert gleichzeitiges Drücken von

VR1-VR2 das Gerät AUX.

Zum Bedienen eines dieser 7 Geräte die entsprechende Ta-

ste drücken: TV1, TV2, SAT, VR1, VR2, (TV1 + TV2 für TV3)

und (VR1 + VR2 für AUX).

SEHR WICHTIGE VORSICHT !

Der Druck, beim normalen Gebrauch, von einer der füft Ta-

sten (TV1, TV2, SAT, VR1, VR2) bereitet das TOPTEL 2

GOLD vor, mit jener Programmierung zu arbeiten; deshalb

kann es passieren, daß wenn man versehentlich eine von

diesen fünf Tasten drückt, bedient das TOPTEL 2 GOLD das

benutzte Gerät nicht mehr. Mann soll also das gewünschte

Gerät programmieren, indem man die entsprechende Taste

(TV1, ...) drückt.

Es ist empfehlenswert, die Code-Nummern in der Tabelle

auf Seite 1 zu notieren, falls sie später einmal (z.B. beim

Batterienwechsel) neu eingegeben werden müssen.

B) CODE-NUMMER-SUCHE

1) Gerät, für das die Fernbedienung benutzt werden soll,

einschalten (wenn es ein Videorekorder ist, Kassette ein-

legen und per Hand Taste PLAY drücken)

2) Taste SET drücken und halten, danach eine der Gerä-

tewahltasten (z.B. TV1 oder VR1) drücken, die mit dem zu

bedienenden Gerät eine Verbindung aufnimmt. Beide Ta-

sten loslassen. Das rote LED-Lämpchen blinkt.

3) Taste SET erneut drücken und loslassen, dann die Fern-

bedienung auf das Gerät richten und langsam mehrmals

die OFF-Taste ( ) für den Fernseher bzw. die STOP-Ta-

ste für den Videorekorder ( ) drücken, bis das Gerät den

Befehl annimmt, d.h. der Fernseher sich ausschaltet bzw.

der Videorekorder sich abschaltet.

Wir empfehlen eine kurze Pause nach jedem Tastendruck,

um zu prüfen, ob das Gerät den Befehl angenommen hat.

4) Wenn das Gerät den Befehl annimmt, die Gerätewahlta-

ste (z.B. TV1 oder VR1) erneut drücken, um die gefunde-

ne Code-Nummer zu speichern. Das rote LED-Lämpchen

blinkt zweimal auf.

Nun die anderen Funktionen mit dem TOPTEL 2 GOLD au-

sprobieren, um zu prüfen, ob alle richtig funktionieren.

Wenn sie nicht funktionieren, die CODE-NUMMER-SUCHE

ab Punkt 1. wiederholen, bis eine bessere Code-Nummer

gefunden wurde.

Sobald die CODE-NUMMER-SUCHE abgeschlossen ist, ist

es empfehlenswert, die unter C) beschriebene CODE-NUM-

MER-IDENTIFIZIERUNG durchzuführen und die Code-

Nummer in die Tabelle auf Seite 1 einzutragen, so daß sie

im Bedarfsfalle leicht wieder neu eingegeben werden kann,

ohne die Nummernsuche zu wiederholen.

ACHTUNG: DIE CODE-NUMMER-SUCHE KANN MEHRE-

RE MINUTEN DAUERN. Zur Unterbrechung der CODE-

NUMMER-SUCHE Taste SET drücken.

C) CODE-NUMMER-IDENTIFIZIERUNG

Zur Identifizierung der in der oben beschriebenen Code-

Nummer-Suche gespeicherten Nummer:

1) Taste SET drücken und halten, danach die gewünschte

Gerätewahltaste (TV1, VR1, etc.) drücken. Das rote LED-

Lämpchen blinkt.

2) Dieselbe Gerätewahltaste erneut drücken.

3) Das rote LED-Lämpchen erlischt für einige Sekunden und

blinkt dann viermal auf mit drei kurzen Pausen dazwi-

schen. Jedes Aufblinken besteht aus einer Blinklichtserie,

die den einzelnen Code-Nummer-Ziffern entspricht. Das

erste Aufblinken gibt die erste Ziffer an, das zweite die

zweite Ziffer, usw.

BATTERIENWECHSEL

Der Batterienwechsel muß innerhalb von drei Minuten erfol-

gen, um die gespeicherten Code-Nummern für die sieben

Geräte zu erhalten.

Sollten die Nummern verlorengehen, sind sie anhand der

Tabelle auf Seite 1 (die Sie bei der Erstprogrammierung au-

sfüllen) neu einzugeben.

Es ist jedoch ratsam, die Batterien mindenstens alle zwei

Jahre auszutauschen, um Programmierverluste zu verhin-

dern.

ABSCHNITT ZWEI

ZUSATZMERKMALE DES TOPTEL 2 GOLD

• Geeignet für die gleichzeitige Bedienung von TV und Vi-

deorekorder oder TV und Satellitenempfänger (siehe DOP-

PELTES TASTENFELD).

• FASTEXT-Befehle können hinzugefügt werden, wenn nicht

bereits vorhanden (siehe FASTEXT-BEFEHLE)

DOPPELTES TASTENFELD

TOPTEL 2 GOLD bietet die Möglichkeit, 2 Geräte zu bedie-

nen, ohne mit den entsprechenden Gerätewahltasten (TV,

VR, SAT) hin- und herschalten zu müssen.

Dafür die beiden Gerätewahltasten gleichzeitig drücken.

Folgende Geräte können gleichzeitig gewählt werden: TV1-

VR1, TV1-VR2, TV2-VR1, TV2-VR1, TV1-SAT, TV2-SAT.

Die Funktionen auf dem Tastenfeld sind wie folgt aufgeteilt:

TV + Videorekorder: Die folgenden Tasten übermitteln die

Videorekorder-Befehle, die anderen die TV-Befehle.

TV + SAT: die 10 Tasten im Zahlenfeld und die folgenden Ta-

sten übermitteln die SAT-Befehle, die anderen die TV-Befeh-

le.

FASTEXT-BEFEHLE (Doppelfunktion)

Bei der Auswahl des Geräts mit dem Gerätewahlschalter

sind in manchen Fällen die FASTEXT-Befehle bereits auf

den roten, grünen, gelben und blauen Tasten in derselben

Reihe vorhanden.

Andernfalls bietet TOPTEL 2 GOLD die Möglichkeit, die FA-

STEXT-Befehle Ihrer ursprünglichen Fernbedienung durch

die Doppelfunktion der folgenden 5 Tasten hinzuzufügen:

Zur Übertragung dieser Befehle:

1) Code-Nummer des Geräts, für das FASTEXT-Befehle

gewünscht werden in der ersten Spalte der Tabelle auf

Seite 158 nachsehen und die daneben in den anderen 5

Spalten R (rot), G (grün), Y (gelb), B (blau) und i ()

(falls vorhanden) aufgeführten dreistelligen Code-

Nummern notieren.

2) Gerätewahltaste TV1 (oder TV2 oder TV3), wo die Code-

Nummer des Geräts eingegeben wurde, für das FA-

STEXT-Befehle gewünscht werden, einmal drücken.

3) Taste FAST TEXT drücken und halten: das rote LED-

Lämpchen blinkt einmal auf.

4) Auf dem Zahlentastenfeld die dreistellige Code-Nummer

aus Spalte R eingeben.

5) Die rote Taste drücken : das LED-Lämpchen blinkt

zweimal auf.

6) FAST TEXT-Taste loslassen.

7) Schritte 3) bis 6) für die anderen drei Farben und i ()

(falls auf der Tabelle vorhanden) wiederholen.

Nach Abschluß dieser Programmierung sind die FASTEXT-

Befehle als Doppelfunktion mit der roten, grünen, gelben,

blauen und grauen Taste aktivierbar.

Zur Aktivierung der Doppelfunktion einfach Taste FAST

TEXT drücken und halten und FASTEXT-Befehle geben.

A LIRE AVANT TOUTE UTILISATION!

Ce mode d’emploi est divisé en deux parties:

- PREMIERE PARTIE: contient toute l’information indis-

pensable à la bonne utilisation de votre TOPTEL 2

GOLD.

- DEUXIEME PARTIE: concerne ceux qui veulent aller

plus loin dans leur connaissance de la télécommande

et utiliser les fonctions supplementaires.

Le schéma en page 3 indique brièvement les fonctions

du clavier.

PREMIERE PARTIE

PRINCIPALES CARACTERISTIQUES DE TOPTEL 2 GOLD

• Facile d’emploi. A chaque télécommande d’origine corres-

pond un code de 4 chiffres: il suffit d’entrer le code corres-

pondant à votre télécommande d’origine et votre TOPTEL

2 GOLD est prête à fonctionner.

• Peut piloter la plupart des postes TV, magnétoscopes et

récepteurs satellite existant sur le marché européen.

• Possède toutes les fonctions essentielles de votre télé-

commande d’origine y compris les fonctions TELETEXTE

ainsi que d’autres fonctions complémentaires.

• Sept télécommandes différentes peuvent être pré-sélec-

tionnées parmi les 8000 présentes en mémoire et trans-

férées simplement en pressant une touche.

MODE D’EMPLOI

Insérer 4 piles neuves (type UM-4/hrHR03P/AAA) 1,5 volt en

respectant bien les polarités.

Vérifier dans le manuel à partir de la page 51 le code à 4

chiffres correspondant à votre télécommande d’origine et

entrer ce code dans votre TOPTEL 2 GOLD selon la procé-

dure décrite au point A.

ATTENTION! si le modèle de votre télécommande d’ori-

gine n’est pas listé dans le manuel essayer d’utiliser les

autres codes qui ont été alloués à ce même fabricant.

Si aucun des codes introduits ne donne satisfaction ou

si vous ne savez pas quel code utiliser, suivez la procé-

dure de RECHERCHE DE CODE décrit au point B.

A) PROGRAMMATION DU CODE

1) Appuyer en maintenant la touche SET et puis presser la

touche TV1. Relâcher les deux touches. La diode rouge

(LED) commencera à clignoter.

2) Composer votre code de 4 chiffres.

Après l’introduction du quatrième chiffre un éclair pro-

longé vous indiquera que le code à bien été composé, si

cela ne se produit pas, reprendre la procédure.

Il est possible d’introduire 6 autres équipements en substi-

tuant à la touche TV1 les autres touches TV2, SAT, VR1,

VR2 ou en appuyant simultanément sur les touches TV1-

TV2, la touche TV3 ou la touche AUX en appuyant simul-

tanément sur VR1-VR2.

A ce niveau vous pouvez contrôler chacun des 7 équipe-

ments en sélectionnant l’une des touches équipement: TV1,

TV2, SAT, VR1, VR2 (TV1+ TV2 pour TV3, et VR1+VR2 pour

AUX).

TRES IMPORTANT !

Il peut arriver qu’en appuyant par mégarde sur une des ces

touches pendant l’utilisation normale vous pensiez que votre

télécommande TOPTEL 2 GOLD ne fonctionne pas parce

qu’elle ne peut plus contrôler l’équipement précédemment

sélectionné.

Dans ce cas, avant de faire d’autre opérations, sélectionner

encore une fois cet équipement en appuyant la touche qui

correspond è l’appareil choisi (TV1, TV2, etc.).

Nous vous recommandons de noter les différents codes utili-

sés pour la programmation à l’endroit réservé à cet effet pa-

ge 1 au cas ou vous en auriez besoin pour re-programmer

(lors du changement des piles usagées par exemple).

B) RECHERCHE DU CODE

1) Allumer l’équipement que vous souhaitez contrôler (si c’e-

st le magnétoscope, insérer une cassette et sélectionner

manuellement la touche LECTURE).
