Der Kältekreislauf der Standklimaanlage besteht aus vier Haupt-

komponenten:

z Kompressor

Der Kompressor saugt das eingesetzte Kältemittel R134a an und ver-

dichtet es. Somit werden Druck und dadurch auch die Temperatur des

Kältemittels erhöht.

z Kondensator

Der eingebaute Kondensator funktioniert wie ein Kühler bzw. ein Wärme-

tauscher. Die vorbeiströmende Luft nimmt Wärme auf, das heiße Kälte-

mittelgas kühlt ab und wird flüssig.

z Kapillar-Rohr

Das Kapillar-Rohr drosselt das Kältemittel vom höheren Kondensations-

druck auf den niedrigeren Verdampfungsdruck.

z Verdampfer

Der Verdampfer kühlt die vorbeiströmende Luft ab und entfeuchtet sie.

Das Kältemittel nimmt Wärme auf und verdampft. Die abgekühlte Luft

wird im Fahrzeuginneren über eine Luftauslasseinheit verteilt.

Het koelcircuit van de standairco bestaat uit vier hoofdcomponenten:

z Compressor

De compressor zuigt het gebruikte koelmiddel R134a aan en

comprimeert het. Op die manier wordt de druk en daarmee ook de

temperatuur van het koelmiddel verhoogd.

z Condensator

De ingebouwde condensator functioneert als een koeler of een

warmtewisselaar. De voorbijstromende lucht neemt warmte op, het hete

koelmiddelgas koelt af wordt vloeibaar.

z Capillaire buis

De capillaire buis smoort het koelmiddel van de hogere condensatordruk

op de lagere verdampingsdruk.

z Verdamper

De verdamper koelt de voorbijstromende lucht af en ontvochtigt ze. Het

koelmiddel neemt warmte op en verdampt. De afgekoelde lucht wordt in

het voertuig via een luchtuitlaateenheid verdeeld.

2 LED storing (rood):

De LED geeft storingen tijdens het gebruik van de installatie

weer.

3LED compressor (geel):

De LED brandt als de compressor actief is.

4 Toets Bedrijfsmodus:

Met de toets Bedrijfsmodus kan tussen de bedrijfsmodi 1, 2, 3

of Automatisch en de timerfunctie gewisseld worden.

5 Digitaal display – weergave van:

– geselecteerde bedrijfsmodus

voor bedrijfsmodus 1

voor bedrijfsmodus 2

voor bedrijfsmodus 3

A voor automatische modus

000 voor timerfunctie

– gewenste ruimtetemperatuur (instelwaarde) in °C

6 Toets +:

De toets + verhoogt de instelwaarde met 1 °C of de timerlooptijd

met 10 minuten.

De toets – verlaagt de instelwaarde met 1 °C of de timerlooptijd

met 10 minuten.

8 LED Power (groen):

De LED geeft weer dat de installatie is ingeschakeld.

De volgende bedieningselementen staan voor de besturing van de installatie

Betekenis

1Toets STAND-BY

De installatie kan tussen gebruik en stand-by worden

omgeschakeld.

2 Toets temperatuur –:

De toets Temperatuur – verlaagt de instelwaarde met 1 °C of de

timerlooptijd met 10 minuten.

3 Toets Temperatuur +:

De toets Temperatuur + verhoogt de instelwaarde met 1 °C of de

timerlooptijd met 10 minuten.

4 Toets bedrijfsmodus –:

de toets bedrijfsmodus – schakelt in de eerstvolgende lagere

bedrijfsmodus.

5 Toets bedrijfsmodus +:

De toets bedrijfsmodus + schakelt naar de eerstvolgende hogere

bedrijfsmodus.

7.1 Waarschuwingen bedieningspaneel

De installatiebesturing beschikt over verschillende functies voor de bescher-

ming van het toestel resp. de accu. Het activeren van een veiligheidsfunctie

wordt door de volgende aanwijscodes op het display weergegeven.

Een kortdurende over-

spanning kan na het uit-

schakelen van grote

elektrische belastingen

optreden. Duurzame

overspanning ontstaat

door een verkeerde

aansluitspanning.

➤ Bij langdurige weergave

van de displaymelding

„HI”: elektronica van de

vrachtwagen

controleren. Zorg ervoor

dat de aansluitspanning

kleiner is dan 30 V.

De installatie meldt een

overbelasting en scha-

kelt de compressor uit.

De actuele stroombe-

hoefte van de compres-

sor is te hoog.

➤ De kortdurende

overbelasting wordt

door de installatie door

het uitschakelen van de

compressor

gecompenseerd. De

compressor start korte

tijd later weer op.

De compressor wordt

uitgeschakeld. Na

5 minuten wordt de vol-

ledige installatie uitge-

schakeld.

De compressor (de

cabine) is te sterk hel-

lend.

➤ Als de compressor zich

opnieuw in de normale

stand bevindt, kan de

installatie opnieuw

ingeschakeld worden.

7.2 Storingsmeldingen bedieningspaneel

De LED „Storing” (afb. 2 2, pagina 3) brandt rood, als er een storing bestaat

aan de standairco. Het type storing wordt door de volgende storingscodes op

het display weergegeven.
